Greeting incoming Clients/ Walk-in Candidates
Handling Communications: Calls, Fax, E-mails
Doing Translations if required
Making use of – Scanner, Photocopy machine, binders and printers.
Arranging meetings: Internally and Externally
Cold Calling : Pitching new clients
Providing Coordination between all departments
 Filing and recording important documents, events etc.
Providing weekly status update of cold calling list
Active involvement in all Business Development activities
Assisting the recruitment team
Screening candidates 
Posting jobs on portals, website and social medias
Maintaining and handling HR tool
Maintaining database of client and candidates
