Providing Coordination between all departments
Filing and recording important documents, events etc.
Providing weekly status update of cold calling list
Active involvement in all Business Development activities
Assisting the recruitment team
Posting jobs on portals, website and social medias
Maintaining and handling HR tool
Maintaining database of client and candidates
